The third edition of the SE4GD summer school will take place from July 1st to July 5th, 2024. It will be held in the ETSE and CiTIUS, both located in Campus Vida, south area of the University of Santiago de Campostela, in Spain.
The ETSE (Higher Technical School of Engineering) is a centre of the University of Santiago de Compostela responsible for the management and organisation of studies in the field of engineering.

CiTIUS (Research Centre on Intelligent Technologies) was founded in 2010 as a Singular Research Center of the University of Santiago de Compostela within the Campus Vida initiative.
In December of 2019, it was recognized as one of the Research Centers of the Galician University System, being the only center in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Technologies.

Monte da Condesa University Hall of Residence
Inaugurated in the 1989-90 academic year, it is located on the Life Campus and takes its name from the site where it is located; a place of special relevance in the history of the city of Santiago. Surrounded by green areas and sports facilities, it shares a building with the School of Optics and Optometry. Due to its location, it is a particularly convenient residence for all students studying in the faculties or university schools of the Life Campus.

How to arrive
By plane
The nearest airport is Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport, in Santiago de Compostela, located approximately at 16 km from CiTIUS. To get to downtown Santiago de Compostela, you can take the line 6 or 6A bus to Rúa do Doutor Teixeiro, which is 1.3 km from the CiTIUS. From there, it can be reached on foot (approximately 20 minutes) or by taxi.
By train
Santiago de Compostela Train Station is 1.2 km from the CiTIUS at Rúa do Hórreo. From there, it can be reached on foot (approximately 20 minutes) or by taxi.
By urban transport
In the vicinity of CiTIUS, on Avenida Mestre Mateo and Rúa de Lope Gómez de Marzoa, there are bus stops for line 15 of the company Tussa. At the bus stops located on Avenida Mestre Mateo, buses also stop in the direction of Bertamiráns and other municipalities. At Avenida Rosalía de Castro, buses stop in the direction of A Coruña, Pontevedra, Vigo, Ferrol and other places. More information at Transporte Metropolitano de Galicia.
By road
From the AP-9 highway, take exit 75 towards Santiago Sur. The cost of a taxi from the airport should be around 23-25€
Santiago de Compostela
Santiago de Compostela is the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia, in northwestern Spain.
The city has its origin in the shrine of Saint James the Great, now the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, as the destination of the Way of St. James, a leading Catholic pilgrimage route since the 9th century. In 1985, the city’s Old Town was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
